Hello, I am Khloe! I am a Junior Communications major at Tennessee Technological University. While at school I am very involved with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry on campus. I serve there on a ministry team where we hold a weekly worship service and I lead an all-girls small group. I have a great group of friends who lead me closer to the Lord every day and make me want to be a better person. I love to go to the local coffee shops or hiking trails with my friends especially when the weather is nice!
When and how did you first get involved with Lighthouse Christian Camp?
I got involved summer of 2020 because the Camp Program Director at the time came and spoke at the BCM where I felt the Lord was calling me to take my summer and serve him

What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I LOVE Dr.Pepper!!!
Who inspires you to be better?
My friend Brooke because she gives the best advice and always points it back to what would Jesus do.
How many siblings do you have and where do you fall in the order?
I have 4 siblings! My parents are divorced, at one house I am the oldest and at the other I am the middle child.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I think it would be so cool to go to places where Jesus walked!
What do you like most about Lighthouse?
I love that the kids get to come for free and that we get to share the love of Christ with them.

How have you been blessed by Lighthouse?
Being a county coordinator has been such a blessing because I am getting to go out into the county and sign children up for camp, getting to see the joy in a child’s face when they find out that they get the opportunity to go to summer camp when,if it wasn’t for Lighthouse, they might never have the chance. Also being a summer camp counselor has blessed my life through the children and the permanent staff.

There is no need to worry the Lord provides peace and comfort
