I am a mother of 3 adult children and am married to my sweetheart for 27 years.

When and how did you first get involved with Lighthouse Christian Camp?
I was a chaperone in bringing kids to camp. One of my daughters was a camper. Another daughter was a counselor.

Where are you originally from?
Central Michigan

What is your current involvement at Lighthouse?
One of the White County Co-ordinators

What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
My husband and I made a CD for our kids. While it may not be Grammy worthy, hopefully, it is God worthy and a blessing to those who hear it.

Who inspires you to be better?
My husband and kids.

How many siblings do you have and where do you fall in the order?
I am the youngest of 6.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Israel…I want to walk where Jesus walked.

What do you like most about Lighthouse?
There is freedom to share Jesus. I also like follow up like retreats, Christmas parties, etc.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Anything Mexican

How have you been blessed by Lighthouse?
I love to see kids loved on and given opportunities to do things they might not otherwise get the chance to do.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
I needed Jesus….so I accepted Him as Savior at age 9. Also…” He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.”–Jim Elliot, missionary martyr. Also, “only one life will soon be past, only what’s done for Christ will last.”

What three words or phrases come to mind when you think of Lighthouse?
Compassion, Jesus -loving, fun
