To everyone here at Lighthouse:

The Spirit of God dwells over this place like a refreshing dew seeking to restore, heal, refresh and encourage all who have ministered during this season. The Spirit also teaches and indwells those who truly love and want to love onto ‘the least of these.’

Dear brothers and sisters, thank you once again for allowing us to see a glimpse of what God is doing here. Thank you for loving others so well and desiring hearts, families, youth and lovely widows to engage in the rescuing, healing and restoring ministry of His Spirit.

For the second time we came to serve. For the second time unexpected, weird health issues prevented me from giving all what I came to give and do. My first thought, waking at 3 am, was that I need to apologize. But instead, I changed radically. I feel His Hand, refreshing and revealing, thank you. In this somewhat rugged challenging place with all the doing creating building mowing repairing and moving, there is a presence of humility, gentleness, mercy, forgiveness, patience, and self-control.

We often share with others when asked, “So where is your favorite project?”  Well, that is a hard question to answer because there are faves for different reasons. We say, “Lighthouse,” because we see the heart of Christ, the deep desire to be His Hands, His Gentleness, His Humility in the vision, the working out of mission, obedience and family. God is in this place, and He is working in and thru you.

May God continue to provide in His immeasurable ways, the resources, the opportunities, His vision, hands, feet, peace, patience and endurance to this faithful and faith-filled ministry.

Remain faithful. Breath in. Rejoice. Remain in prayer and obedience.

Each of you, from loud voices, to quiet spirits, from desire to get it done, to let’s see what God has next, all of you have blessed us during this precious time. It is unique here, with a quiet power. You are not alone.
