I’m 19, turning 20 on Jan. 19. I’m adopted from Riga Latvia. I was adopted 9 years ago. Somethings I like to do are draw, play soccer, meet new people, listen to music, and sing. I love Jesus, He is my Savior.
When and how did you first get involved with Lighthouse Christian Camp?
I first got involved with Lighthouse Christian Camp by helping with parking at last years Christmas party.
Where are you originally from?
I am originally from Riga Latvia, in Eastern Europe.
What is your current involvement at Lighthouse?
I’m currently involved with being in Maintenance.
What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I’m really athletic. I’m not shy – I am a really social person. I love helping people with anything, I work hard.
Who inspires you to be better?
My parents inspire me. They have been there for me since they adopted me. They teach me things no other parent would, and that’s about Jesus Christ. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here, so thank you mom and dad!
How many siblings do you have and where do you fall in the order?
I currently have 1 sister, and 3 foster siblings. I had a brother but, he died from heart problems. His name was Csaba. My sisters name is Emerson Grace Recke.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
If I could travel anywhere it would be Paris, France. Why? Because it is one of the most iconic cities in the world. You can see many famous landmarks.
What do you like most about Lighthouse?
I love having kids around our amazing lighthouse. I love how we we invite them to learn about Jesus our Lord.
What is your favorite restaurant?
Lido in Latvia Riga
How have you been blessed by Lighthouse?
If I wouldn’t have been for Lighthouse I would have been lost, and without a job.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Whatever you do – give it 100%. Believe in yourself.

Love, blessed, faithful, genuine, caring.
