When and how did you first get involved with Lighthouse Christian Camp?
When we decided to move here I started going to after school club and after that I wanted to start being more involved.

Where are you originally from?
I am originaly from Southern IN but I have also lived in Eastern TN and Southern FL

What is your current involvement at Lighthouse?
I try to help serve in the kitchen at all of the boys weekend retreats and I am a JC and support staff during the summer.

What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I do baton, I have 3 younger siblings, and I have 4 dogs

Who inspires you to be better?
My parents, my youth pastor, my best friend

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would go to Israel, because there are a lot of really cool artifacts and I would to walk in the places Jesus walked and see the bible come to life.

What do you like most about Lighthouse?
My favorite thing about Lighthouse is the Christmas party. If you haven’t been there it is so amazing to see kids’ faces light up whenever they are getting new clothes or getting presents for themselves or their families.

How did you come to know Jesus?
I got saved when I was 8 or 9 years old but I don’t really think I knew what it meant so this past month I rededicated my life because I know who Jesus is and what he means to me now.

How have you been blessed by Lighthouse?
I have been involved in Lighthouse for around a year.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
“When giving the choice between being right and being kind choose kind.”

What three words or phrases come to mind when you think of Lighthouse?
Helpful, Loving, and a phrase is “Your deeds are your monuments”.
